Refund and Exchange Policies

We will refund or exchange any item postmarked within 10 days of purchase.  Shipping will not be refunded on returned merchandise.

We are sorry to have to refuse returns on ALL HOLIDAY merchandise due to people ordering Holiday items, using them for pictures and then wanting to return them.  This is absolutely not permissable.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds on items tht look as if they have been worn, stained or damaged.

In order to receive credit, the following steps are required:

1. Call for a return authorization number
2. Mail merchandise to: Bell Fashions, 436 Mountain Street, Doyle, TN 38559
3. Return authorization number must be on the front of the package next to mailing address.  No package will be received without RA number.  Please include exchange requests. ( Size,Color, Etc.
4. Send credit card number and receipt for proper credit.
5. If items were received as gifts, we will issue a store credit to the recipient as long as the request is received within 10 days.
