Refund and Exchange Policy
We will refund or exchange any item post marked within 10 days of purchase. Shipping will not be refunded on returned merchandise.
We are sorry to have to refuse returns on ALL HOLIDAY MERCHANDISE due to product being
ordered and christmas photo's being made and then money requested for returns. This is absolutely not permissable.

We reserve the right to deny refund on items that look as if they have been worn, stained or damaged. No refunds or exchanges will be given on monogrammed items.
In order to get credit, the following steps are required:
1. Call for a return authorization number.

3. Return Authorizaton # must be on the front of
the package next to our mailing address. Please include
exchange instructions (size, color, ect.)
4. Send credit card # and your
receipt for proper credit.
5. Gifts: If the items were received as gifts, we will issue
a store credit to the receipt as long as the request is received
within 10 days.
6. All sales on Holiday items are FINAL!
